We work together as a team to co-broker the loan.   You remain the primary borrower
contact.
Cohen Commercial Equity works with the lenders.
Cohen Commercial Equity charges 1-3% (min $10,000, paid at closing)
60/40 Split Available.
You charge your fee (paid at closing)
Co-Broker agreement required prior to Loan Transaction



Brokerage Referral

You refer the deal to CF.G to broker the loan.   You introduce us to you borrower.
Borrower hires C.F.G as their exclusive broker by signing our fee agreement.
C.G.G handles all brokerage activities.
C.F.G charges 0.6% to 2.75% (min $10,000, paid at closing).
C.F.G rebates a referral fee to YOU FOR $500-$1500.
