KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA NEAR DISNEY WORLD, FL


Modesto, CA (November 14, 2008) Clarissa Cohen
managing partner and John Cohen of the Modesto
office, has secured a 10.9 Million in refinancing for
Days Inn Motel, a 400 room facility Kissimmee, FL,
located 1 mile from Disney World. One of the area
prime Vacation destination. Cohen Commercial
Equity  secure a Bridge Loan, Seventy percent loan value ratio, three year fix interest only,
rate: 7.0%. Points: 1.5. This is a first lien Mortgage and cash out for Investment of a second
Hotel Project.
